We do not store or keep any credit card or debit card details on store for security purposes. Our website is also fully encrypted and payments are taken securely through Stripe. 

Please note we do not currently ship outside of the UK to Europe or Internationally.

Please contact us for a quote for shipping to the Scottish Highlands or any Islands.  

Only outside of the UK Mainland. Our shipping charges include; the cost of shipment; the cost of packing materials; wages for our packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT. Orders are combined into a single shipping carton providing the combined weight is below 20Kgs. (Note: Bulky items may require orders to be packed into more than one shipping carton).

For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use a courier service (Interlink, APC or Yodel). For furniture we use a two man delivery team or tail lift wagon which takes 5/7 working days. Your items are usually shipped next working day of your payment clearing.

Please ensure you check the packaging carefully before signing for the delivery.

Standard delivery is to main entrance of the delivery address. Other options including delivery to room of choice, install and build are available for an additional fee; please contact us for more details if required. Some deliveries may be palletised to reduce the potential of transit damage and concur with reduced handling rules. If your delivery address has any access restrictions please contact us prior to ordering.

When an item is marked as dispatched it means it is ready for collection at the the next courier pick up.

Installation Services

We can arrange a ‘Build and Install’ service to take the stress out of purchasing your new office furniture leaving you without worries and free to start using your new purchase with ease.

For a quote please contact us at least 2 weeks before your required delivery date.

If you have any doubts please sign for it as ‘unchecked’ or as ‘damaged’. This is essential to support any damage claim against the courier. In addition, please keep the original packaging materials.

Please note that couriers will only accept a claim if notified within 7 days of delivery so please check your item and report any problems to us within 48 hours.

Courier shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only and exclude the Scottish Highlands and all Islands

For surcharge rates for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and all Islands please contact us before you place your order. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK.

For shipping costs to any other location, please contact us before ordering for a specific quote.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns

Goods can only be returned by prior agreement within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be unused, unmarked, in original packaging and fit for resale.

The buyer pays the cost of return; goods may be subject to a restocking fee as they have to be checked to ensure they are fit for resale before adding back to stock. Goods returned that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.

Orders refused or cancelled after the goods have been shipped will incur cost for shipping, return and restocking plus administration fee.

Please do not accept ‘part’ deliveries; if all the packages are not present at the time of delivery please refuse to accept.

Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and accompanied by images.
